OUR FIRST MVP IS FOR ENGLISH TEACHERS
Supporting teachers.
Opening up English.
KXP English builds AI-assisted teaching workflows that help Vietnamese English teachers produce exercise drafts for teachers to check against the curriculum, mock tests and feedback — built with Claude, with teacher review and planned student-safety safeguards. We are pre-launch; our first MVP is for adult teachers. The planned workflow requires teachers to approve all materials and feedback before students receive them.

For teachers — in preparation
We are building a workflow and prompt library for exercise drafts for teachers to check against the curriculum, mock tests, grade-appropriate answer explanations and rubric-based writing feedback. Teacher collaborators contribute pedagogical expertise, including support with lesson planning. The planned workflow requires teachers to review and approve all outputs before classroom use. The library has not launched.
A recorded internal run
Using synthetic data only, Claude drafted exercises and writing feedback. A teacher caught two errors that Claude’s self-check missed and rejected one incorrect AI suggestion.
A workflow example
Illustration using synthetic content, not pilot results. The illustrative draft and teacher edits below are written to illustrate the workflow; they are not a recorded Claude run or an actual teacher review.
Teacher request
Draft 5 simple-past multiple-choice questions for Grade 7, for use alongside Global Success. Use familiar topics and provide an answer key. This is an original grammar review, not copied from the textbook; a teacher must check the fit with the lesson.
Illustrative draft — written example, not a recorded Claude run
- We ___ to the park yesterday. A. go; B. went; C. goes. (B — went)
- Mai ___ TV last night. A. watches; B. watch; C. watched. (C — watched)
- They ___ football last Sunday. A. played; B. play; C. plays. (A — played)
- Nam did not ___ to school yesterday. A. went; B. go; C. goes. (B — go)
- Did you ___ your grandmother last weekend? A. visit; B. visited; C. visits. (A — visit)
Illustrative teacher edits
Change question 1 from “We” to “Lan and I” to make the subject concrete for this class. Change question 3 from “played football” to “helped at home” to connect practice to a familiar activity. Keep the time markers and test one grammar point per question.
Approved version in this illustration
- Lan and I ___ to the park yesterday. A. go; B. went; C. goes. (B — went)
- Mai ___ TV last night. A. watches; B. watch; C. watched. (C — watched)
- They ___ at home last Sunday. A. helped; B. help; C. helps. (A — helped)
- Nam did not ___ to school yesterday. A. went; B. go; C. goes. (B — go)
- Did you ___ your grandmother last weekend? A. visit; B. visited; C. visits. (A — visit)
Answer explanations: affirmative sentences use the past form; after did/did not, use the base verb. Key: 1 B, 2 C, 3 A, 4 B, 5 A. In a real pilot, a teacher must check the key, language level and curriculum fit before classroom use.
Measurement plan
Planned evaluation, not measured results: compare preparation time for equivalent tasks before and after using the workflow; record the proportion of outputs needing teacher edits, answer-key errors and curriculum fit against a teacher checklist. Keep synthetic inputs and review records so comparisons can be checked.
ABOUT KXP ENGLISH
Finding joy in learning, building confidence
The founder spent 2018–2021 at a Vietnamese edtech company, building e-learning content systems, online English teaching and student learning & assessment platforms deployed to schools across Vietnam, mostly private schools. This is prior founder experience, not KXP English customer traction.
Started in June 2026. No users or revenue yet.
KXP English builds AI-assisted teaching workflows that help Vietnamese English teachers produce exercise drafts for teachers to check against the curriculum, mock tests and feedback — built with Claude, with teacher review and planned student-safety safeguards. We are pre-launch, self-funded and not yet incorporated.
Our first product is a workflow and prompt library for English teachers in Vietnamese schools (adult users only): exercise and mock-test drafts for teachers to check against Vietnam's general-education English curriculum, grade-appropriate answer explanations and rubric-based writing feedback. In the planned workflow, teachers check outputs for curriculum fit, pedagogy and clarity before any material reaches students. Students do not interact with AI directly at this stage. Before a classroom pilot, participating teachers will be required to inform students and parents when feedback is AI-assisted.
Product & AI roadmap — planned
- Build with Claude Code: Claude is our core working tool. The founder uses personal Claude Max and Claude Code daily to build the platform, including this website, and to draft teaching content. Teacher collaborators contribute curriculum standards, teaching methodology and ways to explain concepts to students. The learning platform is not complete.
- Teacher workflows with Claude Team: KXP does not have Claude Team yet. Collaborating teachers contribute curriculum and pedagogical expertise; we do not claim they already use Claude. If granted Team, we would invite them into the workspace to co-author materials and standardise workflows and prompts. In the planned workflow, teachers must approve all materials; school teachers would use their own Claude accounts, without sharing KXP Team seats.
- Next 90 days (plan): build an evaluation harness on the Claude Developer Platform, subject to API access (program credits or a small self-funded budget), to run our prompt library on synthetic inputs and flag the error classes our teacher found — missing time markers, items with more than one defensible answer, and inaccurate explanations — before teacher review. Expand the library with both collaborating teachers. Complete a safety and privacy assessment before any classroom pilot. A teacher-facing prototype follows only after workflow validation. Before a pilot: designate a reviewer; allow only authorised inputs (no student identifying data); provide AI notices to students and parents; establish incident reporting and response procedures; define conditions for stopping the pilot. Direct student AI access remains closed.
AI users: adult teachers only; students receive teacher-approved materials. No real student work will be entered into Claude until a data-processing notice and parental consent are in place.
Teachers are asked not to enter student personal data into Claude. Any future student-facing feature requires age-appropriate safeguards, including AI disclosure, content filtering and parental consent where required, in line with Anthropic’s guidelines for organizations serving minors. Initial evaluation uses synthetic work. Claude.ai is for adults aged 18 or over. Team data is not used for model training by default, with exceptions for feedback or permission to use data; see Anthropic’s data policy (checked 9 October 2026). Personal accounts have separate data settings.
Proposed pilot target: 5 adult teachers, 3 classes, 4 weeks; collaborating teachers already contribute pedagogical expertise; the pilot has not started and has no results yet. Practice tests are not official examinations or accredited certificates.

Our current focus is helping adult English teachers draft materials and review them before classroom use.
Founder
Kim Xuan Phuc — Founder, KXP English
From 2018 to 2021, Kim Xuan Phuc worked at a Vietnamese edtech company, helping build e-learning content systems, online English teaching programs and learning and assessment platforms for students across school levels, deployed to schools nationwide, mostly private schools.
KXP English started in June 2026 to apply that experience in a new way: using Claude to help English teachers prepare materials faster, while pedagogical decisions stay with teachers.
Two collaborating English teachers contribute expertise on curriculum standards, teaching methodology and how to explain concepts to students.

PLANNED ROADMAP
Planned teacher workflow development

The planned next steps are to develop the teacher prompt library, evaluate drafts on synthetic inputs with the two collaborating teachers, and complete the safety and privacy assessment before any classroom pilot.
This roadmap is being developed and may change. Details will be announced when the product launches.

Long-term direction (no timeline)
Our long-term aim is accessible English learning for students, families and schools, with daily practice, progress tracking and support for learning at home. Self-study, mock tests, courses, events and school solutions remain possibilities with no timeline yet; fees, test dates and device requirements have not been set. Our current priority is the planned product for adult English teachers.
